This notice applies to consumers who purchase a paid Kitwerk Pro subscription. No money is owed for the free tier or free trial. A right of withdrawal for free use exists only if the particular contract is legally treated as one paid for with personal data; Kitwerk processes only data necessary to provide that free use.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
To exercise it, tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw. You can use the “Withdraw from contract” button, available without login during the withdrawal period. It leads to a confirmation page with a “Confirm withdrawal” button. You may instead send an informal email to hello@kitwerk.app or post a letter to Robert Paul Kothe Video & Foto, Proskauer Straße 25, 10247 Berlin, Germany. You may also contact Link; a timely declaration received by Kitwerk is sufficient without using Link.
We request only your name, information to identify the contract, and an electronic way to reply. You need not state a reason. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your declaration before the period expires. Receiving an acknowledgement is not a condition for your timely withdrawal.
We promptly acknowledge receipt by email on a durable medium, including the declaration and the date and time of receipt. A confirmation page that can be saved or printed is also shown after submission. If delivery of the email fails, we track the open case and retry; that failure does not affect a timely withdrawal.
If you exercise a timely statutory withdrawal, we refund the entire payment for the withdrawn Kitwerk Pro contract via Link/Stripe promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt of your declaration. This also applies if you expressly requested and used Pro during the withdrawal period. Kitwerk waives compensation for that early use and makes no deduction for it. We use the original payment method; the refund is free of charge. Mandatory rights that provide additional protection remain unaffected.
Merely starting Kitwerk Pro does not extinguish the right of withdrawal. It is a continuously provided digital service; Kitwerk does not ask you to waive withdrawal by using it.
Your account stays. It returns to the free tier. Inventory items, photographs, documents and lists are not deleted and remain readable and exportable, while Pro features and creating more items above the free limit cease.
You may use this form, but do not have to.
