Report an idea or a problem
Find existing feedback and write a report someone can act on.
The Feedback link is in the footer beside Help. You need to sign in to use the feedback board.
- Search for the topic first. If there is a matching post, add a comment or vote for it.
- For a new topic, choose the appropriate category and a specific title.
- For a bug, describe the page, the steps you took and what should have happened instead.
“The note is missing when checking a kit back in” is more useful than “It does not work”. For display problems, include your device and browser. Do not paste private customer details or access credentials into the shared board.
