Use locations and tags consistently

A location answers “Where is it stored?”. Tags help answer questions like “What do I need for an interview?”.

1. Open an item under My gear and edit it.
2. Enter a specific location, such as “Shelf A, compartment 2” or “Audio case”.
3. Add a few useful tags, such as “Interview” or “Outdoor”. Separate multiple tags with commas in the editor.
4. Use the same spelling for similar items.

Update the location when equipment moves permanently. To track who has borrowed it, use Loans instead of a tag. The location will still make sense after the return.
